All of our covers are custom made to order with the exact measurements provided to ensure a perfect fit. For measurements see additional information below. All of our covers are custom made to order, please expect 10 to 15 days for covers to be ready.
Please fill out the order form below so that our staff has adequate information in regard to your hot tub/cover specifications. Most hot tubs are standard round, square or rectangular and easier to make a cover for, however for units with multiple curves, speaker cutouts or longer than normal lengths additional notes or information with a representative may be required for your cover needs, when all adequate information necessary has been received to submit to our manufacturer a final price for you can be given.
Prices start at $559 for up to 92" and 92"+ contact our office. Additional modifications for specialty fits such as side, front or back radius additions, speaker insets in the cover or more than two foam inserts have additional cost. Please contact us for pricing if any of the above applies or you have any questions.
Please contact us if your cover measures over 92"+ in any dimension or is an unusual shape (not round, square or rectangular), has more than two panels (or more than one hinge) has cut-outs for speakers, control panel, handles, etc or it is not completely flat on the bottom.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
- All covers have 2 year warranty.
- All stitching, including seams, handles, and tie-downs are covered.
Exclusions
- Freight to and from factory for any repairs is NOT COVERED.
- Foam core is NOT COVERED, but will be replaced at manufacturers cost.
- Torn vinyl is NOT COVERED, but repairable in some cases only.
- Damage to covers in transport is NOT COVERED.
- Alterations, neglect, or misuse of cover will VOID warranty.
- Warranty CAN NOT be extended in any way by anyone.
- Purchaser MUST allow for normal fading and deterioration of all components of cover.
- Spa covers placed in direct sunlight may get extremely hot, DO NOT sit, stand, or walk on cover… it can burn.
- Covers will NOT support the weight of any animal or human.
- Even covers made of high density foam can break. DO NOT sit, stand or walk on covers.
- Handles are for purpose of positioning, and removal. DO NOT carry cover by the handles, or tie downs.
- Commercial use not covered.
